Pre-Service Oil Sampling
Baseline sample for dielectric, moisture (Karl Fischer), and dissolved gas analysis (DGA).
Equipment Setup & Isolation
Mobile high-vacuum oil purification plant is connected. Energized or de-energized service per scope.
Filtration, Dehydration & Degassing
Oil is circulated through heated vacuum chambers and particulate filters down to 0.5 microns.
Complete Oil Change-Out (Optional)
Drain, EPA-compliant disposal, tank flush, and refill with new ASTM D3487 mineral or natural-ester fluid.
Post-Service Testing
Second oil sample confirms dielectric, moisture, and gas levels meet IEEE / ASTM acceptance.
Documentation & Report
Complete service report with before/after results, photos, and recommended maintenance intervals.
